auto sort eurovox max

    hi can anybody tell me how to turn auto sort off i have a eurovox max red

    Do you want to change the order of the channels from alphabetical order?

    Menu, installation, user installation. Press yellow button, turn autosort off. Its important that you only press EXIT after turning it off. DO NOT press OK.

    You will need to do this everytime you want autosort off.

    when i loose some channels and i do a auto scan my box searches for channels when scan is done all channels are mixed up it does like a double scan all channels that i did have go off and new channels are mixed i end up with over 400 channels have dont work other half are mixed up any more help would be helpful thanks

    Do a factory reset and powerscan on your provider. Easiest and quickest way to solve it.
