hi folks I have been given a pc to repair and it keeps going as far as the windows do loading screen and reboots back to the advanced option f8 and keeps saying that a recent software or hardware change has caused this to happen yet I cannot use lgkc or safe mode to load xp will a fresh install of xp cure this problem.
