Autoproducer 6 Mov. file issues

    i have autoproducer and whenever i import a mov. extension file it give me an error message saying:
    the istruction...the memory could not be "read"
    it only does this with mov and i tried uninstalling and installing quicktime but that doesnt help. it used to work before but then i unnistalled it cause lack of use, but now i need it.
    HELP!!

    try this get winavi and convert it to a avi file i had the same problem with my .mod file until i changed them to avi files
