Hi, I am trying to download the autoroll firmware so that I do not need to keep updating the keys manually. I have a clone Starview box, the null modem cable and have downloaded the the GTRom Loader. So far I have tried downloading the following two bin files

    (2) (3)_STAR_VIEW_H20060816_257eE_api_FIXED
    (2) STAR_VIEW_H20060816_257eE_api_FIXED

No matter which COM port I try (I've tried all 3 as am not sure how to tell which one I am using) I get the same...Downloading..0%, followed by 'Flash Update Failed'. If anyone could help that would be great.

you might have wrong cable, you need a null modem cable that has crossover connection.
