I'm using Nero6 and looking for a way to burn DVD's so that they will start automatically when inserted into DVD player. Been looking for an answer, thought I'd try this forum. Thanks in advance.

I am a little confused by your problem.
I have burned 1026 copies that ALL start automatically as soon as they are inserted in a DVD player.

    More information please.

I don't want the DVD to go to a menu, I want my videos to start playing immediately without having to press start.

I'm working with closed circuit television, and if the dvd starts to a menu, and no one is there to select 'play' then the menu will be playing on that channel until someone mentions it to me, or I notice it.

I do not include the menu in my burns. I do movie only and do not have a problem with the movie starting. Are you burning the entire disk or movie only?

And where do you specify "movie only?"

I'm going through NeroVision express, I import movie to be burned, then it takes me to a menu page. I can then tell it to play automatically after a second, but I can't get rid of the menu completely. How shouold I be burning it to have no menu?

Use Nero Recode. It gives you a choice of full disk or movie only and then will give you a choice of language and subtitles to include or not as you wish.
I am using Nero 6.6.0.18 but previous versions also have the recode feature.

Have to run , check later to see how you make out.
