Hello I am trying to copy vhs tapes to dvd using a hardware mpg2 encoder. The incoder is a dvdPlus 3010. It starts just fine, but by the time I have 60 minutes recorded the video is slightly ahead of the audio. What is the most common cause of a problem like this? I am creating a mpg2 AV file. I tried to make seperate AV files, but DVDit would not recognize the audio file. My audio is set to 48khz at 384kbps. Thanks for any help!
try to record with smallllll preview window, I have a simiar board and if I run it full screen while captureing or window size sometimes my CPU cannot handle it and audio will fall behind. I guess display movie and encode the movie at same time takes up too much resource.
