avalaunch boot

I have the xecuter 3ce im using avalaunch i have all settings set to boot avalaunch its not booting to the dash board .... is it because ,my hard drive is not locked?

 

what happens exactly when you turn on the Xbox,and what bios is flashed to the chip?

 

I have an xecuter 3 ce and i flashed it with the x3 3924. when i turn it on it boots right into the bios even though i configured all the settings to boot from avalaunch, i have to go to where it says "boot to dash" to get to my dashboard to run. I was thinking it maybe had something to do with leaving my hdd being unlocked but im not sure.
