Hello all, I am having major trouble installing my HP AVC 3610 Dual Tv Tuner to my Desktop PC. I have all the requirements, Windows Media 2005,High speed USB Interface etc etc. Whenever I plug my tuner into my computer, it makes a critical error. When i located the USB Device under 'hardware', there is a "!" beside the icon. It notifies me that the TV Tuner wasn't properly installed. Therefore, I am guessing I'm missing the Driver needed.

I also don't have the CD that came with the tuner- i bought the tuner on ebay. So what should i do now? HP dosent have the driver, Adaptec's website dosent have it either, no one has it! What do i DO???

I downloaded SP30923.exe and installed it. Still does not work, the USB Device (Tuner) is still unrecognized and not installed properly.

The other file SP29300.exe does not EXIST anymore on the HP website, and cannot be downloaded.

I am therefore, still left with this cruel situation at hand. I need the driver! ARGH! Help please!

It could be the TV tuner because that is probubly why it was placed on Ebay...Check the users feedback and check if there is alot of negative feedback...Or check with the user and ask if the person could send you the idriver disk
