Do you still have the files on your HDD (that you burned to the DVD)? Does it Play without "jitter" from your HDD? What BD player are using to play back the AVCHD?

the fils on the Hd are playing fine,oz they are in bluray structur
and even after i create avchd from the bluray structure the avchd plays fines on the computer
file size is 6.90gb and bluray structure is also 6.90gb
but when i burn it to dvd9 it shutters and jitters

bd player is sony bdps350 which is avchd compatable

iam using multiavchd to create and using memorex dvd+r dl

Does the AVCHD disc (dvd9) play in your PC (running from the disc drive)?

Yes it certainly does. there was a patch required ( http://www.videohelp.com/download/AVCHD-Patcher_1.06.rar ) which is pretty self explanatory. I have made dozens of AVCHD's this way. load BluRay into BDrebuilder. Go to settings / options and tick BD5 or BD9 depending on the size of your blank disc (recommend BD9). Go to settings / setup and check audio and options according to your requirements. Run the job and find something to do for 4 - 5 hours. upon completion open AVCHD Patcher and drag the index.bdmv file from the directory tand drop on the program window. burn it all with ImgBurn making sure to set it for UDF 2.5

    Enjoy your AVCHD

I have the same problem with disks encoded using BD Rebuilder, playing on a Samsung BDP1400. Only on some disks and at random times. Sometimes it lasts for a few seconds, sometimes much longer making the disk unplayable. I have not determined the cause but suspect it's the Samsung and not BD Rebuilder.
