hello!!! i got AVG 8.0 recently and have run a lot of virus scans (about 10+). and each time the scan finishes and the scan results are shown there is always the same number ad ware at the end and it is always the same kinda of ad ware. y hasn't AVG deleted those files?? every scan i do AVG picks up them files but no solution is done. any ideas wats rong or wat i am doing rong??
try running AVG after you enter SAFEMODE AVG cant delete something running so in safemode the crap wont be in your memory. of course there are some that cant be deleted even in safemode so i use UBCD4WIN http://www.ubcd4win.com/ try programs like Ad-Aware SE Personal, SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition, Spyware Terminator, EMCO Malware Destroyer, Spybot - Search & Destroy and run them all at once over night
