    Hi there,
I got some AVIs. They didn´t play in the MS Mediaplayer, nor in Divx;-), nor in Xvid: I got error messages including the suggestion to send in a report etc. etc.
Thereafter I installed FFDshow because of the very positive reactions on that software in the internet. Got the following results:
    1. I see something in the MS Mediaplayer, but the movie freezes at any spot I click on in the movie.
    2. I hear the sound, but it is played back at a very high speed, it seems (you hear the high pitch voices of people talking...)

Can I do something in FFDshow, and if yes: what will that be. I´m not familiar with FFDshow, so please be so kind and teach me!

Looking forward to any constructive feedback!

    Maurice

One solution: uninstall the ffdshow you have and install the 28.11.2003 version. It works. And use BSPlayer 1.00.800.
If can't find these, post a reply with an e-mail adress and I'll send them. Good luck!
