avi - DVD format but with .ssa subtitle file and not .srt

    Usually the sub format is .srt, but this time, I have .ssa instead of .srt
    What kind of software is good to convert .avi to dvd format?
    Will TMPGenc or avi2dvd work?
    Which one is better?
    When I use avi2dvd software, on the subtitle tab, I can't see that .ssa file to be chosen from the browse button.
    What should I do?

    subtitle workshop will convert the .ssa subs to .srt subs
