Title basically says it all. Burning on Nero and have tried both DVD-R and DVD+R. Both different media brands as well. Burned at the lowest speed and highest quality.

I've tried 3 dvd players so I know it's not that. Any idea how I fix it?

Watched about 10 minutes of the .avi and it plays fine on my computer. Says it's a DVD-Rip, definately not a cam....way to good of quality for a cam!

The converted version plays like there are "Mini-freezes" happening, like the video & audio aren't being read fast enough.
