avi file convert to divx format up-side-down

i have avi file in my HDD and i want to convert it to divx format... theres no prob in convertion but when i playback the movie, it appears up-side-down and right side left..

i use divx vr.6.8

help me plssssssssss...

 

What shows up when you use Gspot to try and render the file?

 

i never had a GSPOT....
well i try to get that..

nweiz, do i need a xvid codec if i have a divx codec?
and....

It's safe to have Divx and Xvid installed at the same time.

 

i got a GSPOT but i dont know how to use it..

all i want is to convert my standard avi format to divx avi format bec i want to comfile my plenty avi's to a dvd-r and play it to my philips player(supported divx)

i download divx 6.8 converter but when i convert my movies it plays up side down..

divx ver. 6.8 have a bug???
