I have a ton of AVI files that I downloaded and they all play just fine except for one. The video wouldnt play at first but I resolved that by updating the codecs on my machine. Now it plays the video but it is out of sync with the audio. (The audio for a scene plays before the scene itself plays, if that helps)
It does this in both UltraPlayer and Windows Media Player 6.4. Although it is slightly better in Media Player. If anyone knows if and hopefully how I can resolve this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!)

The file is probably out of sync anyway so thats what you should fix!!!

    Firstly, you need VirtualDub...

Now open the avi file in virtualdub. Click video - direct stream copy. Click audio - full processing mode. Now click audio again and interleaving. Here you can change the startup delays of your audio track. When your finished, click file - save avi!
