AVI, how to edit single frames

    Is it possible to somehow extract single frames from AVI file, edit them in some graphics tool (Pohotoshop, etc...) without changing resolution, of course, and then put them back to AVI ? Thanks.

    Most video editors can do that. I use Adobe Permiere and AfterEffects, depending on the type of processing. Sonic Foundry's VegasVideo can also do that kinda thing.
