AVI losing audio when converted to DVD

    I have recently converted a couple of AVI files to DVD using ConvertXtoDVD and approx 20 minutes into playback the DVD loses audio on a stand along DVD player. The AVI file has correct audio and has been played back in full on computer. Loss only occurs when converted. Any help or suggestions would be great.

    I assume the DVD shows the same problem when played on the PC?
    ConvertX saves the output files to a folder on the HD.
    When these files are played back, is the problem apparent.
