avi movie made on digital camera is blurry can it be fixed

    i have a samsung digimax u-ca5 camera and i took some videos on it but i didn't know what i was doing so u can not make out the peoples faces or anything just barely outlines of their bodys is there a program that i can use to improve the video or is it too late?
