Hello! I have problems with the image quality of my video clips and movies (wmv AVI, MPEG,etc), especially when I convert, split and join them. The original videos are OK imagewise, but as soon as I convert, split and join them I get like blotches, spots, rather like oil-painting spots on my clips. My setup is OK, video card, drivers, DirectX, etc. OK. Does anyone know if this can be cured? My programs are all good quality payware. Do I need special codecs? Grateful for any help.
