I torrented Season one of the US version of The Office, and I've been trying to convert them to DVD so that they can be played on my DVD player. However, everytime I try to convert with Avi2DVD, it always says "File access denied" after it is successful with the Audio Files and when I try with DVDCoach Express, it brings up "Invalid and Insufficient vfw-avi" and something about 8 frames. I haven't tried converting anything else, yet. The files play fine on my computer. Any help on what can be done, would be appreciated. After I ran DivXRepair on the files, it said that no frames were bad. So...I don't know what the problem is. Help please? J.T.
Drag the file onto 'GSpot' and check the video and audio codec used. See if there is anything unusual about the video properties. DVD Flick can convert XviD and DivX files. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/gspot.cfm http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/dvd_flick.cfm
@Attar, thanks for your reply and the advice. It appears to have worked, but we'll see for sure after the disc is finished @Bilvihur, thanks for the suggestion and the reply. I will check out the site you posted if the disc does not work.
