Other than Divx converter is there any other software that will shrink multiple AVI files (800 mb and larger) to fit on 1 4.37 gb dvd?
Not sure but I seem to remember Alltoavi creating a smaller file with about a 3% quality loss: http://alltoavi.sourceforge.net/
ConvertXtoDVD, SUPER, DVD Flick etc etc. If you'd like to reduce the file size before transcoding, then use AutoGK.
