Help, and please be gentle. I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. I have a couple of AVI files. I can get them to play just fine on Windows Media Player. However, when I just try to open the folder, once the files pop up I get an error message that says windows must shut down the folder. Same thing when trying to burn the file to a disc. As soon as I load the file into DVD Santa I get an error message saying windows must shut down DVD Santa. Any help???????

Sounds like another case of MS' buggy thumbnail shell extension crashing. Search for more info, including on how to disable it.
