AVI to DVD = DVD ends up with green bars as subs

    I ve used the AVI to DVD guide from this side to the letter, using AVIcodec, SRTSUP, TMPGEnc, and IFO Edit.
    The result is a good quality DVD with good sound and visuals but when I switch on the subtitles, they are unreadable green bars. They do have the size of subtitles and come in the right times and place but they are just green blocks. I ve tried several other files (XVID/DIVX) but the result is always the same.
    Please help me out!!!
    BTW Im using: 2,8 Ghz; 512Mb; 240Gb; and XP Pro

    Hi I just read you problem. I also folowed those steps and indeed a very good quality but those green sub are alo frustrating. Did your problem got resolved? Did you got your answer? Can you help me maybe? Thanks very very much. Pino
