Hello people out there, I'm currently downloading a season from Azureus and I'm not sure how you put 10 episodes in one dvd disc? Which software will I use to burn my avi files to a dvd format? Of course, I want it to be played using a dvd player. Your feedback is important for all who is experiencing this "block" moment. Thank you in advance
What you are trying to do is author a DVD. You can look in the DVD Authoring threads. You can also try Nero Vision, DVD Builder, or similar software. These are the easiest software to use for what you want to do.
Ok thanks, when the download is complete then ill try what you suggested me in doing, thanks again! :>
Dear raku4life, With avis, this is what you can do: 1) Convert the avis into dvd compliant format with e.g. VSO DivxToDVD (free version): http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm You can add multiple avis at one time (just keep on adding before hitting 'convert') 2) If the resulted files do not exceed the normal capacity of a dvd, you can burn directly with any burning program you like. If compression is needed, you may use Shrink or Nero Recode. Happy DVD burning!
i converted my avi files to VOB and i want it to play in the tv. will any burning software will allow me to watch it on my tv?
Here are two guides that use DVD Shrink to compress your files to fit your disk, and then you can use whatever burning software you have to burn the file. These guides use DVD Decrypter but as stated use what you have. http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/Making a episode DVD with DVD Shrink.pdf http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/DivXtoDVD.pdf
Hello again, i converted my files to VSO using DivxtoDvd, when i put it on the DVD, it says file one, file 2, file 3 and etc..with no menu or nothing, just the file........is there a way which allows me to have a menu? and something which looks like a real DVD instead of files listed as numbers?
i heard that with the new version, yes it will put automatically menus. but with the old version no. at each part of movies that you will put on you dvd, when it will change to a new part, it will freeze for a second, this is normal and you can do nothing about it. i had a 3 hour long movie with 2 parts, and it freezes for a second but its not bad. use highest quality if you want the image to be like a dvd. if you use lowest it will take less time to encode but the image will look like crap.
What i have isnt a movie, its a list of episodes...can the new version also put menus? or is it only apply to a movie in general?
Hi there, VSO ConvertXtoDVD v2.0 will do all this for you: Convert your episodes, create a menu and burn it to media, all in 1 application.
Hey, Sure, send them $34.99us and they will send you a key for free VSO made an awsome software, given the few dollards they has for... I'm a ßeta tester for them, I know the hard work and hours that was put in for v2.0 !
ok, i bought the software and it works :>, but there is one problem , the screen is upside down :???, why??? what should i do?? plz help me
Hi there, If the preview window in ConvertXtoDVD is upside side, their is probably a codec conflit and/or a codec configuration that does that. This is why if you look in the configuration, there is a [bold][x] Flip Preview[/bold] option Enable that, and restart ConvertXtoDVD. That should do it ! The output video should be ok, it's just in the preview that some systems it does that !
