Hi guys, i wanna hear from you what is the best way to encode an .avi to a DVD. I tried convertxtoDVD andi found it simple, fast and the result quite OK.

Now i tried The Filmmachine with CCE with the 'Enable RoBa OPV mode with predictable target size', boosted the audio an the avg video bitrate was 3939 kbps.

Should i try Avi2DVD to get better results or it is the same thing as The Filmmachine.

    Thanks for your reply :)

    Hi,

Firstly I should admit that I'm not a pro in these things but I can tell you from my own experiences that I found Imtoo AVI to DVD Converter the best . I also tried other softwares like WinAVI and Nero also but I found Imtoo better than the others.

    Hi,

My vote goes for ConvertXtoDVD as well, I wonder why ? hehehehe

What I like about VSO is their software generates a nice log file.

    So troubleshooting it is easier.

Does Winavi generate a lot at all ?
