I was folowing a guide for making dvds with ac3 audio and i used TMPGENC Express to incode the video into a .mpv file and then in TMPGEnc DVD Author i added the ac3 file as the audio. my question is the .mpv file was 3.6 gigs and the ac3 was about 200mb but after authoring it the file size came out to around 2.6 gigs, i was wondering why that happends becuase i could use that unused disk space to make a higher quality dvd

    thanks
