AVI to DVD

    is there nayway you can get .avi files to play on your dvd player. dvd santa and nero vision express dont work. i tried but maybe i did somethign wrong

    Nero Vision Express 2 or 3 will if you own a nero ultra key so the DVD authoring stuff is unlocked. Easiest AVI to DVD-R I've done yet. Pretty fast too, but few options (compared to using TMPGEnc etc..)

    Good guide, but beware of 20+ hour encode times for TMPGEnc. The ultra version of Nero Vision Express will do it in 4. Better yet, Main Concept MPEG Encoder will do 2 pass in just a little over realtime. It does cost $149US though...
