avi to dvd

    good day my peoples i am here to ask for help or info to my problem.and away we go . i have converted a couple of avi's to dvd and they played fine on my settop player then i made a couple more and now they won't play on any of my players[check disc] now comes the odd part but they play fine on my portable player. kind of freaky ain't it.any help or answers will be appreciated.

    Did you use the same steps to burn the file? and especially did you use different dvds?

    Does the original file can be played on your pc?And which converer you use?

    What software? search imtoo software,wavi and cucu ect.

    dear friends i have tried both formats[dvd's] i have used winavi,avitodvd,convertxtodvd. and a couple of others as you can see i have time on my side all i know for sure is they play on my portable player and not on my settop's. and i have three different machines.again any help is greatly appreciated.
