not sure if this is the right section, but I was wondering is there any software available or people recommend more than most for converting all my old avi files to m4v format for my iPod? Thanks in advance... Tom
AVIDemux has an Ipod setting that you might try. Load the file, click 'Auto' and select 'Ipod'. Click 'Save' and give the file a full name (newfile.mp4) as the software will not append the extension. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/avidemux.cfm
