Avi to mpeg, or mpg etc.

    Basically i'm trying to download a 5 min. avi file (clip of my kid playing I recorded with my canon elph power shot sd400)
    I'm trying to upload it to my blog and i can't resize it.
    I did a search and find the opposite. mpg, etc. to avi.
    any help would be nice.

    ImTOO encoder, i believe you can resize it with that but not sure.

    Thanks for the reply, sorry i took a while to respond.
    I actually ened up using IrfanView to resize it and it worked perfetly.
