I have saved 40 mins of footage from my camcorder (Digital Tape) over a fire wire connection. This was around 8GB, I have since used TMPGEnc to convert over to MPEG2. THis has reduced the file size to around 2.5GB Video and 0.5GB WAV file. I have a copy of ULEAD that I now would like to use to create a DVD. When creating will the new MPEG2 format need the WAV file overlaying. It looks as though the 2 are now separate. I am a total novice so any advice appreciated
