AVI to VCD (with a clear picture)

    What is the best way to go about making an AVI file to VCD. What websites should i download my movies from, and what programs should I use and how to go about using them to get the best looking VCD possible. If there is anyone that can help me ...please do. I'm getting desperate.

    What does "DVD2SVCD with CCE SP VBR encoding" mean? Is this a program or a way to go about doing this. I'm knew to this.

    Well DVD2VCD is a program and so is CCE SP. DVD2SVCD is a bundle of programs, has almost everything except an encoder thats where CCE SP comes in! It makes it all into 1 nice process!

    Loaded, lol, there are drug forums and lots of websites that sell drugs that are illegal but yet its all legal on the internet lol :p

    Why do people always ask me these questions?? its like hey dela, what age r ya?, where ya from?? where can i download movies?? lol, i would usually answer if they were talking about stupid non copyrighted movie files like those funny clips round the net but when you ask about movies in theatre?? that's just insulting that you would think i'd be into that!

    If you create a vbr Vcd it wont be a standard vcd & many (standalone)Dvd players wont play it.

    Thanx for pointing that out, I should have said i create VBR SVCD! On another note though, some players will play vbr vcd, kvcd for instance is 2 pass vbr!
