avi to vcd

    what is the best way to make avi to vcd or svd.done vcd with TMPGEnc but my sound is out of sink help !!!!!!!!!!! please

    Well, TMPGEnc is the best way but make sure that you do not use the computer at all during the encoding process and that TMPGEnc is the only program running!
