avi2dvd please help

    I get a big list saying "not scaled properly" then it says transcoding and it stays there. I left it for 24 hours. what going on? Im new at this

    Try DivxToDvd (free version) instead. Also, are the avis downloaded?

    yes they are downloaded does that matter. I want to burn to vcd

    Well, if you want to burn to vcd, then don't use DivxToDvd 'cos that converts avis into dvd compliant format.
    Downloaded avis often contain errors. You may want to check and correct them with e.g. DivFix, but be sure to backup your video files first.

    I got my vcd to burn now but I cant get my dvd player to play it. It says Playback feature may not be available on disk. Can You help with that? Also Thanx for all your help so far.

    What is the format of the original file (e.g. mpeg, avi)?
