avi2dvd program question..

    can I use this to convert two xvid files (cd1 and cd2) and merge them to create a dvd format video_ts file? I read the tutorial in the guides section and it stated somthing about merging but I wasnt to sure about it. also how good is the encoding with cce? thanks
