    Try 'DVD Flick' instead.

    Run 'DVD Flick'.
(It includes a short guide which has important points about the project settings - PAL or NTSC and whether to burn the DVD immediately).

On the right side menu click 'Add Title' and browse to the first avi file and load it.
On the right side menu click 'Edit Title' => 'Video Sources' => 'Add' and browse to and load the second avi then click 'Accept'.
Back at the main screen the length of the combined title should reflect the total time of the two files.
    Click 'Create DVD'.

The output folder contains the new DVD files.
Play the files to test sync etc.

The folder can now be burned to disk using the likes of 'Imgburn'.

Try joining the AVI files with Avidemux then process through your app.

    Run Avidemux.
Drag file 1 onto window then drag file 2 onto window (you can also use 'File' => 'Append').
Save the new file by clicking the save logo and give the new file a full name (including the extension) e.g. joined.avi
Play the joined file to test sync.
