Axcess?

    I'm an Alltel subscriber, and I was wondering if anyone could explain Axcess to me. Am I charged for going to the Axcess shop area? Or do I have to download one of the things with a price by it to be charged? And what does it mean when it says I'm charged for airtime? Are those my minutes? I really know nothing about it.

    All I want to do is get one or two ringtones for my phone.
