    Hi
    I have modded loooong time ago my XBOX, now i have unmod it back to original.
    That means, 120GB and Chip is now out of my XBOX and re-installed the Original HDD to my XBOX, when i start my XBOX now i have the Error Message 06! (Password incorrect)
    How can i solve this Problem?

    Please help...

    first of all you will have to put ya mod chip back in so ya can FTP, then solve the prob from there.

    sorry for being vague but i cant do much without the xbox being here......sorry

    is it THE original hdd? Or just AN original?
    The lock/unlock code is stored in the eeprom on the mobo. Each mobo has it's own specific hdd; another one won't work with it.

    I suggest that it could be the original drive but that it was unlocked - you get the 06 error with an unlocked drive installed when the chip is disabled or removed...

    re-install the chip and use slayer to lock the drive if it is not already - alternatively as the other guy said - if the drive is an original but locked by another box then it wont work either.
