back up and burning help

    ok i have a tv show that was 3 seasons long on dvd but i have had it for a few years and now the disks are so scratched up its a merical i got the computer to read them to copy the files on to it its hte only time i have had the comptuer read the disks. what my question is is how can i burn them to dvds i tryed windows dvd maker but it doesent fit what would be a good program to burn these files??

    Scratched discs are generally difficult to rip.

    Check the links in my sig for all the best backup options out there. But don't be surprised if the discs have a hard time ripping.

    ok but i have the files on my computer i just want to burn them to a dvd i dont care if its riped or not just so i can play them in my dvd player again thanks for the help

    What program did you use to copy the disks to your hdd and what format are the files? The more info you give, the better we can try to help out.

    um i forget the name of the program i riped them with it was my dad that did it but they are .avi files thanks again

    ConvertXtoDvd to convert.

    As Mr. 7th said, convertx to dvd is the way to go. Come back and let us know if that worked for you or not, or if you have any other questions.
