backing up greys anatomy

    im using dvd shrink and dvd decrypter im trying to back up grays anatomy but keep getting a error message dvd shrink encountered an error cannot continue. failed to read file D:\ data error cyclic redundancy check. and tried dvd dedrypter but when i check floder it is blank, tring to back whole dvd any ideas

    You may have a dirty/scratched or bad disc. Try cleaning it off.
    Another reason shrink will give this error is it can't handle the protection.
    Now with dvd decryter what happens? Are you getting read errors? Try ripping in iso mode in decrypter then open the disc image in shrink.

    Here's another program to try - rip w/ dvdfab decrypter then open the files in shrink and process as usual. Here's a link:
