(My Nero 6 has Recode2, but not the burning rom)

Ok, I've successfully backed up one of my dvd movies using the above programs, but by doing the main movie title only (movie plays once b/u disc is inserted into dvd player), no menus, extras, etc.

Also, I'm not at all interest in those shrink programs, I want 100% quality, 1:1 style back up (I have a projector, so I see every defect in dvds!). With the Recode2, I split the dvd movie over 2 dvd+R discs (using the chapter start/end button to pick the split points). Again, this has worked well for me.

But, I would like to back up the whole dvd, menus, extras, etc....while still being able to split it across 2 std DVD+R single layer discs. Ideally, I would want all the extras, menus, etc. on the 1st dvd+R disc, and then the 2nd disc will just be the remaining chapters of the 2nd 1/2 of the movie (don't need the menus in the 2nd dvd+r, just would want it to play when inserted).

So, how would I do this and what (if Nero 6 won't do it) program would I need? I searched these forums, but wasn't successful with an answer.

    Thanks for any advice,

Ok, so I gather Nero 6 (or upgrading to Nero 7, etc.) can't do what I want?

I did a search on 'Apollo' in afterdawn and came up with very few hits, like 3 or 4 hits. Doesn't seem to be very much info on this program....not much feedback.

Any other suggestions or opinions on Apollo?

Try VOB Blanker to split to 2 discs
