Im not sure if this is the right forum for this so if its wrong can someone move the post? Anyway I want to know if I can back up PC games by shrinking them. I have a game on pc that is 2.5 gb and wanted to know how to back it up onto a cd-r. I DO have a dvd burner but wasnt sure if I can back it up on there or not and if I can, will it work in a regular cd-rom even though its a dvd disc?

    Moved.

There's no way to compress games - you can only split them across multiple discs.

The game on your hard drive, is it a single image or several?

Sorry for wrong forum. I dont have it saved yet. Its downloading. But thanks for the response. Most likely it will be split up anyway.
