Backing up using Nero express 6

    I want to back up a DVD , The dvd i want to backup from is already a copy. Im new to this so just wondering what options i should choose on nero express? Copy DVD? Make My own Video DVD? etc.
    please help, also i noticed i have nero backitup on my computer, would i use this to backup my dvd?
    anyways, would be grateful to any suggestion . Im learning slowly;)

    Just choose the copy disk in Nero since it is already the right size.

    Nero backitup is for backing up data on your HDD, not for backing DVDs.
