Backing up with extra items outside of VIDEO_TS

    I'm am trying to backup the Nightmare on Elm Street Encyclopedia onto a DL disc. It has a bunch of extra files like a PCFriendly installer (autoplay.exe, cabinets folder, etc). I know PCFriendly's crap, but I'd still like to preserve it the way the original disc is.

    Which burning program do I use that will let me keep those files? I tried Toast in OS X, but it will only let me add the VIDEO_TS folder. I have access to Windows XP too.
