I have used Nero BackItUp (under Nero 6) for the first time, and it seems to do the job well. I am mainly interested in backing up the My Documents files and a few other key files rather than the whole disk. I want to update it once or twice a week. Here are some basic questions about subsequent back-ups: If I use incremental or differential back-ups, does this somehow remove deleted files? To put it another way, if I do a restore after a series of incremental or differential back-ups, will it know not to restore files that have been deleted? Or do I just have to do another, separate full back-up? Thanks for any advice.
if you burn it to disc, you will have a copy of the files burnt.Do you mean that if you burn more files to the same disc, will they overwrite and replace the current files with the updated ones.The answer is no.You will have another folder or doc. with the updated files in it next to the previous one that was originally burnt
