Hi all. When I bought nero ultimate7 I put a backup of the download installer on a external HD, which worked fine. I tried to back it up on a CD using nero express and the regular WindowsXP burning process, both would not let me. When I tried with Express it came up with an exception error and windowsXP process just said certain parts of this file would not copy right, or something like that. Is it because nero will not let you do it? Or what am I doing wrong? Thanks all Flygirl
Maybe the file got corrupted somehow. Try downloading the file again. I suggest you also download NeroMD5Verifier. This tool will allow you to verify the downloaded installer is not corrupted and has not been modified.
