Hi all so i finally got around to backing a game up but it wont play. the game im talking about is GTA vice city and i use qwix to make the iso and dvd decrypter to burn it.I patch the .xbe before i burn the game It comes on ok at first even plays the intro movie but when it gets to the loading screen it loads a tiny bit then freezes my burn speed is 4x i tried speeds under this but it deosnt work for me below 4x. Also the discs are TDK -r. Any help would be great
try using the origianl cd agin and c it that work or try rippin it to ya hdd cause i had the same proble wit vice city and gta 3 but that was cause there was somthin wrong wit me bios it would load a tiny bit n that waz it l8ta
Thanks for the replys everyone i solved the problem. It was because i was setting the speed to low.The discs i have support 2.4x 4x and 8x. When i set it to 8x it worked for me although it said in dvd decrypter that it was only writing at a speed of 0.5x on average
