Hey guys, here is the issue, if i back up the game on disc or burn it to my harddrive just sometimes, not all the time, but the game will say dirty disc needs to be cleaned, even when i am playing off the harddrive??? just wondering if neone else is having this problem and what they are doing to fix the issue??? thank you boomer
nope, can't save i have. I have had that message every now and then when using DVD2Xbox to copy it to the HDD, but never afer i got the files on there. That would be odd as from the HDD you are not using the laser at all. Have you tried cleaning out your cache folder?
no how is that done??? ill mess around with it and im sure ill figure out how, and more or less, its when i d/l the game and then put it on the hdd from the computer, never when i have copied it straight from disc, ill try that and see how it goes thanks
have you notice when FTP'ing the games over that the FTP program says that there were any files skipped. It happens to me quite often so i usually burn the game to a DVD then use DVD2Xbox to copy it to the HDD. The cache folders are like X,Y,Z but unless you read up on it a bit i would not just start deleting everything. Some things may be needed.
thank you, all the games i have been trying on the ftp, that dont work, i have burned the games and they work fine, so that must have been the problem. thanks for all the help guys.
