Backup software with an algorithm to run files off the disc

Looking for a program that takes the thinking and time out of burning DVDs and CDs. I want to select the files I want to copy, to disc and select the media type I have, and then burn the files, whether it's CDs or DVDs. I want it to performs all of the complex calculations of burning the files to disc, it needs to have an algorithm to distribute the files on the media in such a way as to leverage all the available space on the disc with the ability to play or run all the files on the disc without restoreing them like with regular backup software.
