Backups with Xbox Backup Creator

    I have been trying to back up an xbox game using Xbox Backup Creator with out luck. I am able to create the iso file and burn with Xbox Backup Creator but the games will not play on my 360 console. I am using DVD DL +R disc by Verbatim. I have made meany 360 backups successfully. Some one please help.
